Das Jazz Trio "L'Ame des Poetes" - bestehend Saxophonist Pierre Vaiana, Gitarrist Fabien Degryse und Bassist Jean-Louis Rassinfosse - hat sich auf seinem dritten Album den Stücken Jacques Brels angenommen. Mit gebührendem Respekt, aber auch mit der besonderen Freiheit, die dieses Ensemble ausmacht, haben die drei einen Ohrenschmaus der ganz besonderen Art kreiert!

The jazz trio "L'Ame des Poetes" is made up of Pierre Vaiana (soprano sax), Fabien Degryse (guitar) and Jean-Louis Rassinfosse (double bass). For their third release, they take a close look at the songs of Jacques Brel, revisited with the mix of respect and liberty that characterises the group. Their first release ("L'Ame des Poetes" in 1993) surprised the public by its originality. The cohesion and vitality of the trio was confirmed by "L'Eté Indien" in 1994. They are currently criss-crossing the Belgian "Plat pays", from "Bruxelles" to "Vesoul", playing "La Marquise", "Jacky", "Moribond", "Les bourgeois", "Les paumés du petit matin" and "Voir un ami pleurer".
