Der gebürtige Ludwigsburger Pianist Olaf Polziehn hat mit Ingmar Heller, dem amerikanischen Drummer Troy Davis und dem US – Saxophonstar Harry Allen ein weiteres „american songbook“ Album fertig gestellt – Vol.3. Neben bekannten Standards wie „Limehouse Blues“, „Jumpin’ at the woodside“, „Autumn in New York” und “Mr Bojangles” sind auch weniger bekannte Pretiosen zu hören. Als besonderes Highlight ist die Ballade „She was too good to me“ hervorzuheben, bei der Olaf Polziehns Frau Julia als Cellistin einen wunderbaren Streicherbackground eingespielt hat.
